Purpose
The Budget Advisory Committee (BAC) provides input and recommendations to the Superintendent/Principal and Governing Board to support thoughtful, transparent, and student-centered budget decisions.

Scope

• Build understanding of the district’s budget and financial outlook

• Provide input on spending priorities aligned with district goals and LCAP

• Explore efficient use of resources to maintain strong student programs

• Support clear, accessible communication about financial decisions

• Advisory only — not a decision-making body
