Welcome to Interdistrict Transfer application For Students​

The Enrollment window for Interdistrict Transfer students opens 1/12/2025 for the 25-26 School Year.

If you're seeking enrollment through an Interdistrict Transfer agreement for the 2025-26 school year, please start by completing Step One. Then, review the additional steps in the menu below and proceed to the Required Documents section at the bottom.


Please be mindful of the following:

If we do not receive your Interdistrict Transfer Agreement (Step Two) your registration CAN NOT be approved. ​​​

Steps for Enrolling Your Student at Sunol Glen School

Submit Intrest Form

Please complete the following (below), and our Registrar will follow up with you.

  1. Submit an Interest Form (or copy & paste this URL: https://forms.gle/ExMZXkqFuQHhcDgk9).

Submit Signed Interdistrict Agremnet (Required ) 

​1. Complete an Interdistrict Transfer Application and submit it to your school district of residence (Home District). This is a required step.

​

2. Once your Home District signs and approves, you must submit the Interdistrict Transfer to SGUSD for their review. This does not guarantee your student's enrollment.​

​

3. If SGUSD approves your Interdistrict Transfer application, you will receive notice to move on to Step Three: Online Enrollment.

Online Enrollment

After completing Steps One and Two, you will begin the Online Enrollment process for your approved Interdistrict Transfer student. You will use our online system to enter your student's information, your contact and address information, and medical & education history, as well as upload required forms/acknowledgments. The following documents are required to enroll your student.

Parent Portal

After submitting your student's Online Enrollment information, the Registrar's Office will verify all Required Documents and that your student's data is complete. You will then receive an auto-generated email from our Student Information System (Aeries) which will provide you with login information to your new Parent Portal Account. Aeries is the online system all Sunol Glen parents use for their Annual Registration, to update contact information as needed, review absences, as well as access Middle School student grades.

Parent Portal accounts are only created for and accessible to enrolled students and their parents. Should you encounter any issues receiving your login email or have trouble accessing your Parent Portal Account, please email support@sunol.k12.ca.us.

A copy of your Parent/Guardian Photo ID (FRONT & BACK) must be uploaded into the Enrollment Portal to establish a relationship with the student.
 
Any of the following photo IDs are permissible:
California Driver's License with current address or DMV-stamped change of address or computer printout (Front & Back)
• California Identification Card (Front & Back)
• Passport
• Consulate-Issued ID
• Employment ID
